Heraclene® Forte
FORMULATION:
Each capsule contains dibencozide ...............3mg
ACTIONS:
Dibencozide increases the protein "efficiency coefficient", i.e., the percentage of "bound nitrogen" for protein build up in the body compared to "ingested nitrogen" with food intake. The initial sign of effectiveness is manifested by a marked increased in appetite.
Thus, dibencozide:
- facilitates optimum utilization of dietary protein intake
- contributes to the formation and repair of body tissues
- stimulates appetite
INDICATIONS:
Adjuvant to treatment of tuberculosis and other chronic ailments, convalescence from acute infection or surgery, faulty nutrition in older people.
DOSAGE:
One capsule per day or as prescribed by the physician.
CAUTION:
Food, Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics Act prohibits dispensing without prescription.
